This allows one to get “to the point”. Great for busy individuals or over-thinkers. It also helps you gauge what is important and what it is you want to highlight about that day in a couple of sentences. I have forgotten to write for a few days but it was easy to catch back up since the diary is so direct. I love the concept. The book is small so it makes storage or travel a breeze.
This is a beautiful little journal. It has a sort of an antique vibe to it, which I love. I love the gilded edges and the peach colored ribbon.
And the size is very convenient for everyday carry.
You only have a few lines (5) of space available to write about anything special or interesting that happened that day, so your entries need to be concise. All in all, it’s perfect for what to was looking for. Unfortunately, mine did come damaged. The front cover had a crease diagonally across the middle and along the edge and shown in the pictures. However, the huge sticker along the back peeled off easily and without any leftover residue, and all the pages are in order; I flipped through it to ensure there’s be no surprises down the road. I’m not overly concerned with the areas.
Some people has had negative feedback towards the large sticker on the back. I bought this for someone else as a gift so I can’t attest to quality/missing pages yet. However, the reviews about the large sticker had made me pause and rethink about buying it. I decided whatever, I’ll deal with it when it arrives and use googone. The book arrived and I took a thin razor blade to get the corner up and they must’ve changed their sticker type because it easily peeled off in one swoop. Anyways, don’t not buy because of the sticker.
